Meet the instructor

Simon Gould

Simon Gould has a long work history in health and a wealth of experience in the subject of triage. He spent 15 years as an Advanced Care Paramedic and Emergency Medical Dispatcher before taking on the role of Triage Operations Manager for GP Access After Hours in the Hunter for 10 years. Among his accomplishments, Simon developed the Triage Guide for General Practice and was instrumental in the establishment of the National New Zealand Triage Service. He has also lectured and advised on triage for the last 20 years.
